A Yearlong Plan to Support Your Mental and Physical Health

The aim for the year was to put in place a programme to support you on a journey to better understand the links between ones Physical and mental health. We introduced you to a framework of 4 areas of Physical Health – Exercise, Sleep, Sunlight & Nutrition that can have a significant impact on your Wellbeing.

We created a programme of events, experiences and activities to help people better understand how to embed these learnings into their day to day lives. It is also to have fun, while at the same time being underpinned with a sincere message and cause – the CWMT
